Fusion dinner with Chivas
We invite connoisseurs of aged drinks and Asian cuisine on February 20 at 7 PM to Sky Lounge restaurant to taste Chivas with the ageing of 12, 15, 18 years and Extra and a special Chef’s sushi menu, which will be cook right in front of you.
Try the welcome amuse-bouche — guacamole with grapefruit and tomato salsa and feta cheese on rice chips.
And for each portion of the drink get a special menu:
1) Sushi nigiri with black rice and smoked eel, goose liver pate, black truffle, unagi sauce with tamarind;
2) Sushi nigiri with beet rice, salmon fillet, red caviar and passion fruit aioli;
3) Sushi nigiri with curry rice, pickled shrimp, sweet shiitake mushrooms;
4) Sushi gunkan with octopus sous-vide, avocado and creamy spicy sauce.
The final tasty chord by the chef is the Kalamansi & Mango sorbet as a dessert.
