Kharkiv Palace Hotel won two of the International Hospitality Awards!

We’re glad to share with you great news: Kharkiv Palace Hotel received the highest awards of the International Hospitality Awards, which was held on February 24 in Kyiv. This award is a kind of Oscar in the hotel industry.

Premier Palace Hotel Kharkiv won in two nominations:

• Best MICE Hotel as the best hotel for organizing and holding corporate events. In the final nomination were presented hotels from Georgia, Slovenia, Montenegro and Kyiv.
• Best Business Hotel 5* the jury awarded as the best hotel for the business travel. In this category, Kharkiv Palace competed with hotels from Tbilisi and Kyiv.

Earlier, Kharkiv Palace Hotel has received awards in this competition:

• Best MICE Hotel in 2014;
• Best corporate and social responsibility program in 2015;
• Best bar at the hotel (Sky Lounge, 2017).

The final score consisted of two criteria: half of the rating came from 15 independent hotel industry experts from different countries, and the second half was based on the hotel rating from users of the Booking.com and TrustYou services. The transparency of assessments and the calculation of results was monitored by a reputable auditing company PwC.

About the competition: In 2010, Hoteliero Club of Hoteliers and Restaurateurs organized the Ukrainian Hospitality Awards to create competition in the hotel business and recognize the best hotels, and for the third year the award is held as an international one.
