The Evening of Sparkling Wines and Music 2019

When wine is playing in a glass and musicians are around, the strings of your soul will certainly play.

On a magical evening on December 19 at 7 PM, enjoy sparkling wines at The Terrace to the accompaniment of a violin and piano. This is a great occasion not only to have a delicious dinner with author’s dishes from the chef but also to choose that treasured wine on the first midnight of 2020.

This evening’s wine list includes Australian sparkling wine from Jacob’s Creek and champagne from Mumm. The first is characterized by experts as more acidic taste with a hint of citrus, and after the second you will feel the bread tones characteristic to a French Champagne. As always Chef will cook four excellent dishes to wines to make this evening perfect.

1st Set: Jacob’s Creek Chardonnay Pinot Noir Brut & Goat cheese and lavender foam on zucchini carpaccio;
2nd Set: Jacob’s Creek Sparkling Rose & Burned tuna and mango roll;
3rd Set: Mumm Cordon Rouge Brut & Sea bass fillet with foie gras escalope with miso lemongrass sauce;
4th Set: Mumm Brut Rose & Ravioli with duck and tamarind sauce.

Each guest of the evening will receive a gift certificate on pleasant prices of the Italian jewelry brand Roberto Bravo.
