“Our task is to anticipate the expectations of our guests”: the Beauty and SPA center was renewed at Kharkiv Palace
Recently we’ve renovated the SPA & Beauty salon. The Kharkiv celebrities and the hotel guests in a luxurious atmosphere learned about modern beauty trends. For them, the masters created spectacular styling, make-up, and performed spa treatments for hands. 20 happy guests won certificates from the hotel, several beauty boxes from Aromateque and a necklace from Roberto Bravo.
As Marina Yaroslavskaya, the wife of Alexander Yaroslavsky, a businessman and president of the DCH group, notes, since 2012 the salon needed an update.
“The main thing that underlies the beauty center and SPA after the rebranding is comfort and the most individual, personal approach to each client,” says Marina Yaroslavskaya. — We are not chasing quantity, but we are focusing on VIP service. The SPA & Beauty salon manager Alina Tereshchenko says: the salon offers an ideal option for a busy person — for example, to simultaneously receive hair and hand care, which saves time.
“We follow the latest in the beauty industry, but our task is even to anticipate the expectations of our guests. Therefore, during the rebranding period, our masters learned new hairstyle trends, massage techniques, etc.” — says Alina.
