We are glad to inform you about the start of the Chef & Sommelier new season! The special guest of this evening is Jose Maria Fraile, the founder of the Spanish wine house Companía Vitivinicola TANDEM S.A. He will tell the features of the proposed wines and their excellent combination with dishes from the Chef.
On this cold Kharkov evening, we will create for you the atmosphere of sunny Spain. We will meet you with Vicente Gandia Cava Brut DO Spain as an aperitif, and then recommend you five pairs of dishes and selected wines from the Spanish province of Navarre.
The menu:
- Pike perch steak on white onion cream with corn and Tandem Inmacula wine.
- Vitello ostrich toned with Atlantic tuna sauce with rose wine Tandem ‘Casual’ Rose.
- Under the mutton tongue-grill and mashed sweet potatoes, we offer a glass of Tandem Inmune.
- Tartellini with veal tongue, black truffle and celery cream will perfectly complement Tandem Ars Nova.
- Stewed leg of lamb with corn polenta with Tandem Macula wine.
