Kharkiv Palace is the best hotel for business and events

For the second year in a row, Kharkiv Palace won two categories of the prestigious award — International Hospitality Awards: Best Business Hotel 5 * and Best MICE Hotel.

In 2019, applications for participation in the International Hospitality Awards were submitted by 389 hotels from 25 European countries. Only 132 were able to reach the final and compete for the title of best in 27 industry nominations. Winners were awarded on March 1, 2020, at the InterContinental Kyiv hotel.

In the Best Business Hotel 5* category, Kharkiv Palace was ahead of such competitors: Fairmont Baku Flame Towers, as well as Ukrainian metropolitan hotels Hyatt Regency Kyiv, Intercontinental Kyiv and Premier Palace Hotel.

In the Best MICE Hotel nomination, Kharkiv Palace passed the President Hotel and Mercure Kyiv Congress Hotel, as well as the Marriott Warsaw Hotel and InterContinental Vienna.

By the end of 2018, Kharkiv Palace Hotel was recognized as the best in the same categories among other hotels in more than two dozen European countries. In 2014, Kharkiv Palace for the first time received the title of Best MICE Hotel.

For objectivity, the assessment of the winners consisted of two criteria: 50% are the conclusions of 20 honorary jury members from different countries and 50% are the reviews of hotel guests on Booking and TrustYou services.
